Amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas,
exercise facilities, lawnbowling, paddle tennis and shuffleboard courts, miniature golf
course, driving cages, putting green, horseshoe pits, Bocce Ball courts, basketball
center, pitching cage and several tennis courts. Daily classes are offered in everything
from Aerobics to Stained Glass and computer programming to gourmet cooking. Enjoy first

Should you have your own RV, Venture Out offers overnight facilities which include
the use of all amenities. The facilities are maintained to their optimum. Many new

owned lots and units as the greatest RV resort in the Southwest.

Venture Out at Mesa, Inc. is a Homeowners Association which
is governed by nine members elected Condominium Board of Directors, and is managed and
operated by a staff of over 40 employees.
