Welcome to the Venture Out Activity Office!

My name is Teresa Beally and I am the Activity Director for this fabulous community. My dynamic Recreation staff and I are here to make your life at Venture Out a memorable one. Please feel free to stop by the Activity Office or contact any one of us with your activity questions or requests.

Role: (Supervises the Activity Office service counter, is responsible for room scheduling & assists with the planning and implementation of special events)

Connie Reed - Recreation Accountant
Role: (Assists clubs with funding authorizations, oversees the Social Clubís account receivables and payables and provides financial data support to the Recreation Department)

Sheri Whiting - Activities Administrative Assistant
Role: (Is the front service counter receptionist and assists the Director, the Assistant Director and various clubs with recreation needs)

Ed White - Kitchen Manager/Chef
Role: (Oversees club and Recreation Department food functions, maintains food inventory and is responsible for kitchen operations while meeting requirements by the Maricopa County Health Department)

Chuck Fennell - Floor Supervisor
Role: (Supervises the staff who sets up and tears down events and oversees janitorial duties for the Recreation facilities)

Role: (Assists with the set up and tear down of events, conducts janitorial duties and carries out responsibilities when the Floor Supervisor is not on duty)

Mark Quick - Night Floor Lead
Role: (Oversees night staff and is responsible for set up, tear down and janitorial duties required during the midnight shift)
