If you do not
recieve your password via email, please CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK
EMAIL FOLDER. We are finding that due to the password email being
auto-generated, MOST internet providers are marking the verification
emails as spam or junk email.
If
you cannot login with the password you received, please
forward the email
that you received with your password to support@webkat.com, with a request for your new password
(please include the password you would like to
use).
NOTE: You can try an email copy/paste -
Select the password in your email using your mouse. Hit the
CTRL / C keys on your keyboard, this will copy the password to
your temporary memory. Go to the forum, put in your username
and hit CTRL / V to paste the password.
Keep your password in a safe
place , If you forget your
password we will need to delete your existing registration and you
will need to re-register. We are unable to change
passwords for you if you do not have your current
password.
