Read All About It... The Venture Out News!
The Venture Out "Out-Lines" is the main form of communication in the park. It is published weekly during season and monthly during the off season. In addition the complete Venture Out Newsletter is now posted online and in the archives. If you missed an issue you can always catch up on what is happening at VO.
The Out-Lines would not be possible without a group of dedicated volunteers who each week put the paper together, working side by side with Angel our Communications Specialist and Teresa Beally our Editor-in-Chief. Each Friday before dawn our volunteers meet at the Community Center and assemble the Out-Lines which can have up to 45+ pages during season. The same group of dedicated volunteers then delivers that paper to everyone's door step before you brew your first cup of coffee!
Four times a year our reporting volunteers produce the "VO Voices" a special insert showcasing people in Venture Out and unique projects that occur in our Community. Is always a highly anticipated publication.
