Venture Out at Mesa, Inc. is a unique
recreation vehicle resort community. Located within the city of Mesa, Arizona, is one of
the fastest growing communities in the state, Venture Out is convenient to shopping malls,
medical facilities, golf courses, fishing and many great restaurants. The sunny climate,
exceptional recreation facilities, and wonderful people all combine to make Venture Out
one of the most enjoyable resorts in the area.
 Venture Out, an
adult community for those 55 and over, has 1,749 individually owned lots. The resort also
has 33 pull-through spaces available for rental throughout the year. The pull-through area
is located on asphalt paving with 28 spaces measuring approximately 12' x 40' and five
spaces that will accommodate motor homes under 25' in length. The pull-through area is
adjacent to a beautiful laundry and facilities for your use.
Summer rates from April through October are
$20 per day and $125 per week plus tax. Winter rates from November
through March are $33 per day, $185 per week, and $590 per month plus
tax. These rates include all premium amenities of the resort, full hook
ups, 30 amp electric service, cable television and are for one or two
adults. An additional fee of $3 per person per day will be charged when
more than two people occupy the unit.
Reservations may be made early to ensure a space on a first
come, first serve basis and a deposit is required. Rental of less than one week requires
full amount of the rent. For a rental period of one week or more, a deposit of one week's
rent is required. Sales tax will be added at the time of registration.
Reservation refunds will be made if you cancel no less than
one week prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations may be made by cash, check,
Visa or Master Card.
Tipouts or slide outs are permitted if they fit within the
confines of the space. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Note: No Pets
Allowed.
