Out is a unique condominium recreation vehicle resort for adults. The sunny winter

All lots or units are reserved and restricted for occupancy
by at least one person fifty-five (55) years of age or older. Minimum age for occupancy is
eighteen (18) years of age. Residence within a unit is limited to two (2) adults.
Resales are available in vacant lots or in lots with park
model trailers already installed on them. An owner at Venture Out receives a deed to his
individual property plus an undivided interest in all the common facilities.
Venture Out resale properties, for the most part, are highly
improved. The price includes such additional items as storage sheds with electrical
wiring, extended patios with turf, awnings, landscaping and some with enclosed patios.
